The quality is fine, nothing terrible, but for the price I expected more. It kind of feels like the goalposts keep moving, you think you’re paying for one level of value, then it turns out there’s less included or it’s just not as impressive as it should be. Overall, it’s okay, but way too expensive for what you actually get

Not gonna lie, I was genuinely surprised by how fast my order from proporta.com arrived. The dispatch email came through quickly, and the parcel showed up earlier than I expected. No hassle at all, just a really smooth delivery. I’m happy with it and would definitely use them again.

The product info was mostly on point. What showed up matched the specs, so no real issues there. I just wish the pictures did a better job showing how thick the case is, because that part was a little hard to judge. Still, it works fine and I’m happy with it overall.

The box had one corner a little squashed, and there really wasn’t much padding inside at all??? Luckily nothing was broken or damaged, so I’m not too upset about it. I just figured, for the price, it would’ve been packed a bit more carefully. Overall it was okay!! Just could definitely be better...

I like the material on this case, it feels soft in the hand without being slippery. The grip is decent too, which makes it easier to hold my phone day to day and helps me worry less about dropping it.

I’ve dropped my phone maybe 2 or 3 times already, and so far there are no cracks or anything, which is basically what I wanted. The fit is nice and snug too. Delivery did take a few days longer than I expected, maybe around a week or so, but overall I’m happy with it.

The item felt cheaper than I thought it would, which was annoying, and the delivery took longer than they said, which was also annoying. Then support did get back to me, but it took a while, and once they replied, it still didn’t really help much.
I’m not saying it was the worst experience ever, but it wasn’t great, and it definitely wasn’t great enough for me to rush back. Between the slow delivery, the slow support, and the product not feeling worth it, I’d probably only order again if I really couldn’t find it anywhere else...

The tracking also barely updated, so I couldn’t really tell what was going on or whether I needed to follow up. It did arrive in the end and was packaged okay, but next time I’d probably order earlier than I need it, just to avoid the stress. Not a terrible experience, just not the most reliable.
